Corsair 100R Case Review

Is this the BEST BUDGET case???

Intro:

The name is Corsair. Corsair is extremely popular among budget PC builders and gaming enthusiasts alike. So why is this company so popular? And, is this the BEST BUDGET case? These questions will be answered in my review of the Corsair 100R case.

Review:

Corsair has a well established reputation throughout the community of DIY PC builders. The main reason, is simply because the company Corsair has been producing quality parts for more than 20 years. This led to their rise in popularity and reputation. Corsair makes all kinds of computer parts, such as RAM, CPU coolers, PC cases, SSDs, and more. (About Corsair) Their products are well known to be budget friendly and of high quality. 

Now, onto the actual review of the case. There are two words to describe this case: SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE. If you even took a glimpse at this case before, you will automatically realize WHY this case is so SIMPLE. It has an all blacked out color scheme with an extremely simple, rectangular design. The inside is also painted all black, which matches with the theme of the case. (I hate cases that are silver on the inside. It makes the whole computer look cheap.) The tool less hard drive trays and optical drive bays only add to the simplicity. Simplicity is beautiful, and this case definitely shows it. The window on the side is also simple, and adds to the overall theme. Putting together the parts in this case was a breeze, even for a beginner. This is why the case is so EFFECTIVE. It has all the right features in the right places, and allows ample space for the computer parts. The pre-mounted fan is a welcome bonus, and it does the job of keeping the PC nice and cool. Included in the box is the array of screws and zip ties that can be utilized for installation of parts, and also cable management. (I tried, but failed) Lastly, the power switch glows white and feels nice to press, the USB front headers work well as advertised, and the case features a removable dust filter on the bottom for easy cleaning. Overall, this case is extremely solid for the price, and I would recommend this case to anyone building a PC, even a high end one. 

Is this case the Best Budget case???

Yes is the simple answer. At a price of ~$50 (at the time of writing) it definitely fits into the budget category. It has all of the features that a quality case should have (Removable dust filters, 2x USB 3.0 headers, 1x Corsair Fan, Tool less hard drive bays and optical drive bays, nice acrylic window). I really like the design because it's SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE. Yes. I declare this case the BEST BUDGET case.
